Bank of Korea "Enhances User Accessibility by Adding Statistical Explanations"

On the 24th, the Bank of Korea announced that it has established a 'Key Statistical Explanations' page within the Economic Statistics System (ECOS) to enable the public to use the Bank's statistics more conveniently.

The Key Statistical Explanations page provides detailed descriptions of the statistics published by the Bank of Korea based on the easy-to-understand economic indicator explanation booklet, along with key terms for each statistic and frequently asked questions.

On the Key Statistical Explanations page, users can also easily access the latest materials related to the respective statistics, such as press releases, press conference videos, and blog posts.

A Bank of Korea official expressed expectations that "the establishment of the Key Statistical Explanations page will enhance accessibility to statistics by allowing all materials related to the Bank of Korea's production statistics to be viewed at a glance on ECOS, significantly improving public services."
