Maeil Dairies recently launched the 'Maeil Bio Zero' yogurt with a triple zero concept, eliminating not only sugars but also fats and calories. It contains postbiotics, a fourth-generation probiotic gaining attention, and addresses the top dietary concerns of modern consumers: sugar, fat, and calorie intake. The product comes in a 190mL sterilized packaging that can be stored at room temperature, allowing for convenient consumption anywhere.

There is also a reduced-sugar soy milk product for those who want to consistently supplement protein but find it inconvenient to drink dairy products. 'Maeil Soy Milk' is designed to be less sweet than traditional soy milk by either omitting sugar or using natural sweeteners, allowing for a healthier enjoyment. The product line focuses on enhancing the plant-based protein content and delivering the rich, nutty flavor inherent to soybeans, the main ingredient of soy milk.

In particular, the recently introduced new product, 'Maeil Soy Milk High-Protein Black Bean,' offers a nutritional design that increases protein content while lowering sugar compared to the existing 'Maeil Soy Milk Black Bean' with a healthy sweetness. It is aimed at consumers who want to reduce sugar intake. Notably, it contains no added sugar and uses natural sweeteners such as allulose and steviol glycosides, resulting in only 1.7g of sugars per 190mL pack, keeping sugar content at the 1g level per serving. Additionally, it is a high-protein product with 12g of soy protein, providing a plant-based protein amount equivalent to two eggs.

The nostalgic beverage brand 'Picnic,' celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, has also introduced new products riding the zero-calorie trend. Picnic Zero comes in two flavors, apple and green grape, with zero sugar, calories, and fat, allowing anyone to enjoy it without worrying about sugar intake. It uses apple juice concentrate, green grape juice concentrate, and sweeteners such as erythritol, preserving the subtle milk flavor and refreshing fruit taste characteristic of the original Picnic.
