Newly Redesigned Website Launched on the 15th
Main Screen Enhances Residents' Information Accessibility and Readability
Enables Timely Information Delivery

Jungnang-gu (District Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) has unveiled a newly revamped website.

On the 15th, the district fully revamped its official website to enable residents to conveniently access district administration information.

The main changes in this revamp include ▲restructuring the main screen ▲simplifying the top menu ▲establishing a fixed promotional area.

Jungnang-gu Office Website 'Renovated'... Increased Accessibility to Resident Information

First, the website’s design was changed to a resident-friendly style using the slogan "My Pride, Our Jungnang" and the district’s popular character "Rangrang-i." The design colors were matched to the district’s slogan colors, and shortcut icons were improved to enhance accessibility and readability.

Additionally, the three separate screens for main, civil affairs, and news, which had been provided separately since 2008, were integrated into a single screen according to recent technological trends and user demands. This change was made to provide necessary information on one screen for user convenience.

Based on website usage analysis, frequently accessed menus such as civil affairs, fixed news, and recruitment announcements were placed at the top to improve information accessibility, allowing residents to find information easily.

Moreover, the top menu was simplified by consolidating it from seven to five items, improving the complex screen layout.

In particular, the revamp introduced a new "fixed promotional area" to strengthen promotional functions by allowing important projects to be promoted according to the timing. The district plans to use this fixed promotional area to provide timely information on major events such as the Jungnang Seoul Rose Festival, Myeonmok Station Plaza, and water play areas.

Furthermore, the application procedures for various educational and cultural events offered by the district were made more convenient, and responsive web technology was applied to provide an optimized screen for mobile environments, enabling easy use on all devices.

Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, stated, "We will continuously strive to provide residents with the information they need most in a timely manner through the website," adding, "We will reflect residents’ demands based on scientific administration such as big data analysis and provide content that meets their expectations."
