On the 23rd, Hyosung visited the Jongno Women's Human Resources Development Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and announced that it had donated 70 million KRW to the "Employment Activation Program for Women with Career Experience." The donation will be used for vocational training education and employment support for middle-aged and older women whose careers were interrupted due to childbirth, family care, and other reasons.

This year, courses for nursing care workers, which have high demand due to population aging, and accounting and bookkeeping clerks will be offered. Through these two courses, a total of 40 women with career experience will be supported in finding employment, contributing to individual growth and providing excellent human resources to the job market.

Since 2013, Hyosung has supported employment for middle-aged and older women through the Jongno Women's Human Resources Development Center, a women’s specialized vocational training institution designated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and operated by the Women’s Central Association. Up to last year, a total of 443 people participated, with 387, or 87%, finding employment.
