Ex-Boyfriend Attended Birthday Party Uninvited
Persistent Advances Met with 'Left Jab Right Hook'...Even the Bodyguard Bursts Out Laughing
A Russian woman who subdued her ex-boyfriend by throwing punches so fast they were barely caught on camera has become a hot topic after he repeatedly attempted unpleasant physical contact.
On the 23rd, the Daily Mail reported that Alisa Irinina, a Russian woman who recently celebrated her 21st birthday with a party, delivered a spicy punch to her ex-boyfriend. On the day of the incident, an uninvited person showed up at Irinina’s birthday party held at a club. That person was Irinina’s ex-boyfriend, Mr. A.
Mr. A greeted Irinina cheerfully and then touched her body in a way that made her uncomfortable. Despite Irinina warning him several times to "stop touching," Mr. A continued to grope her. Irinina asked the security guards for help, but reportedly, they did not provide much assistance.
When Irinina stepped outside the club, Mr. A’s harassment became even more brazen. Angered, Irinina raised her fist and struck Mr. A’s face directly. CCTV footage of the incident shows three men who appear to be security guards, one man who seems to be a friend of Mr. A, Mr. A himself, and Irinina struggling at the club entrance.
Mr. A approached Irinina with a smile, but she quickly threw a jab and a hook at him. After being hit by Irinina’s punches, Mr. A fell forward and lay on the ground for quite some time, unable to get up. The security guards watching the scene couldn’t hold back their laughter as they looked on while Irinina calmly walked away.
The woman who threw the punches is known to be a mixed martial arts champion from Belgorod Oblast in western Russia. She has been practicing martial arts since she was about seven years old and won a bronze medal at the 2020 World Amateur Grappling & MMA League held in Saint Petersburg. She also won first place at the 2017 Chinese martial arts 'Wushu Santa' sparring competition.
The video quickly spread through social media and online communities. However, Irinina reportedly has a negative reaction to the incident becoming public. Her friend, Mr. B, said, "Alisa is not proud of the incident at all," and added, "At that time, she had no other choice." Irinina’s mother criticized the situation, saying, "Although Alisa was able to handle the problem herself, it is regrettable that not a single man protected my daughter."
Netizens who saw the video responded with comments such as "I feel relieved just watching this," "I guessed she was a professional when I saw the hook," "It’s scary that no one helped," "The ex-boyfriend was fearless even though he knew his girlfriend was skilled," and "I think I fell for her after seeing those punches."
