'Lotte GRS Academy' Opens... Lotte GRS "Building Infrastructure for Talent Development"

Lotte GRS announced on the 23rd that it has transformed the Geumcheon Lotte Tower headquarters into the 'Lotte GRS Academy' by investing in infrastructure for talent development and held an opening ceremony.

The Lotte GRS Academy has established a total of seven lecture rooms, including large, medium, and small classrooms for theory and practice from the 5th to the 8th floors, as well as a computer lecture room. From the 6th to the 8th floors, demonstration stores for manufacturing practice of brands such as Lotteria, Angel-in-us, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and concession business brands have been set up.

On the 10th floor, ten technical facilities accommodating four people each have been built, providing lodging for a total of 40 people, offering convenience for local trainees. Additionally, on the 9th floor, a history museum showcasing Lotte GRS's 45 years of history and progress has been created to introduce each brand and document past achievements.

Through this opening ceremony, the Lotte GRS Academy plans to serve as a cradle for nurturing talent by functioning as a comprehensive food service company education institution. This will be achieved through internal employee training, educational collaborations with external organizations, facility rentals for educational purposes, and cooperative activities with local governments and private companies.
