'Sonmok Doctor 9988,' a health management service with over one million Seoul citizens participating, is a program designed to help "all Seoul citizens live healthily until 99 years old." Any Seoul citizen aged 19 or older can participate. Participants earn 200 points by walking more than 8,000 steps a day, and additional points are accumulated by entering diet and lifestyle habits. Earned points (1 point = 1 KRW) can be converted into Seoul Pay and used like cash at affiliated stores such as hospitals and convenience stores nearby.

Through this agreement, Samsung Electronics will supply 50,000 units of the new fitness band 'Galaxy Fit3' at special prices, focusing on vulnerable health groups and new participants after the service renewal in September. The 'Galaxy Fit3,' released in April, has been highly popular, experiencing shortages immediately after launch.

Nudge Healthcare, the developer of Korea’s largest walking app 'Cashwalk,' will utilize its technology to enhance the 'Sonmok Doctor 9988' app service. The service to be launched in September will analyze accumulated health-related big data from 1.2 million citizens who have participated in Sonmok Doctor so far and use AI to suggest personalized health management methods tailored to each participant’s physical condition and exercise volume. In particular, the mental health (Blue Touch) test results operated by Seoul City will be linked to the Sonmok Doctor 9988 app, and through further development, AI-based mental health record analysis reports and mental health-related services (meditation, music) will also be supported.

Starting with this agreement, the Seoul Metropolitan Government plans to continuously upgrade 'Sonmok Doctor 9988' by cooperating with competitive companies and institutions in various fields and to expand the 'Seoul-type Smart Healthcare' model domestically and internationally. Mayor O said, "Sonmok Doctor 9988 is revolutionizing health management in the daily lives of over one million Seoul citizens," adding, "By collaborating with top-tier companies, we will provide a more advanced integrated health management service and create a healthy city Seoul for 10 million citizens."
