Lotte ON is waiving fees for new sellers in response to the summer e-commerce off-season.
Lotte Group's e-commerce platform Lotte ON announced on the 23rd that it will hold the 'Summer Vacation Double Support Event' for new sellers until the 31st of next month.
Through this event, Lotte ON will offer a special summer limited benefit of waiving fees for all new sellers until August 31. However, the 3% card payment fee will not be waived, and the e-coupon and digital appliances categories are excluded from the benefits.
An additional promotion budget worth a total of 2 billion KRW will be provided to support a stable business environment for sellers. The promotion funds will be used for free advertising, card promotions, exposure accounts, and more.
Lotte ON is conducting this event because the summer season is considered a representative off-season in the online industry. Through this event, Lotte ON aims to support new sellers to start their business stably while discovering promising sellers for mutual growth.
Lotte ON emphasized that it has been striving to help small and medium-sized enterprises develop online sales channels and grow. It deposits sales proceeds to sellers the day after consumer purchase confirmation for daily settlement, and operates a 8 billion KRW mutual growth fund to support stable fund management for excellent sellers. It also runs small business support projects, with the AI-based new advertising solution 'Smart Maechul Up' being a representative example that effectively assists marketing activities of partner sellers.
