Recruitment Website Provides Easy-to-Understand Information

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Choi Junwoo) will hire 26 new employees in 2024 through an open recruitment process based on job competency evaluations.

The recruitment categories are as follows: ▲General recruitment for university graduates - 21 positions (16 in management/economics, 5 in IT) ▲Special recruitment - 2 positions (2 for veterans) ▲High school graduate recruitment - 3 positions (2 in management/economics, 1 in IT). To promote social equity, HF operates various preferential policies, such as awarding additional points to socially disadvantaged groups including self-supporting youth and recipients of basic living subsidies.

Applications can be submitted via the HF recruitment website until 5:00 p.m. on August 12. ▲Document screening (pass/fail) ▲Written test ▲First and second interviews will be conducted, and final successful candidates will begin working at HF Corporation starting in December.

Applicants holding domestic lawyer, certified public accountant (KICPA), or domestic actuary qualifications are exempt from the written test.

To provide broad opportunities, HF Corporation will select all applicants except those with insincere or incomplete applications as successful candidates in the document screening stage.

An HF official stated, "All recruitment information and application inquiry channels can be checked at once on the recruitment website," adding, "We have provided easy-to-understand and convenient recruitment information so that applicants can focus on demonstrating their abilities."

The official continued, "To select the right talent, we have further strengthened our applicant-centered recruitment by disclosing self-introduction essay topics and interview evaluation criteria since May, and we will evaluate applicants' competencies even more carefully."

HF Corporation has been actively leading fair recruitment in the public sector, being selected as an excellent institution for fair recruitment for four consecutive years at the 'Fair and Blind Recruitment Best Practices Competition.'
