In the metropolitan area, 'Jeil Punggyeongchae Unjeong' in Mokdong-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do will hold its first priority subscription on the 23rd. This complex, supplied by Jeil Construction in Unjeong, Paju, consists of 11 buildings ranging from one basement floor to 28 floors above ground, with a total of 520 households and exclusive areas of 74 and 84 square meters. The number of households by exclusive area is 74㎡A 60 units, 74㎡B 116 units, 74㎡C 22 units, 74㎡D 12 units, 74㎡E 10 units, 84㎡A 64 units, 84㎡B 15 units, 84㎡C 108 units, 84㎡D 59 units, and 84㎡E 54 units. Located in the public land development district of Paju Unjeong 3 District, the sale price is subject to the price ceiling system. The price for the 84㎡ units ranges from 474 million to 552 million KRW, which is cheaper compared to the surrounding market prices.

In Daejeon, 'Hillstate Doan River Park' will also accept first priority subscriptions on the same day. This complex, developed by Hyundai Construction in Hakha-dong 86, Yuseong-gu, consists of five complexes, 51 buildings, and a total of 5,329 households. Among them, complexes 1 and 2 will be supplied this time. Complex 1 consists of 11 buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 34 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84 to 170 square meters and a total of 1,124 households, of which 891 are for general sale. Complex 2 consists of 14 buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84 to 240 square meters and 1,437 households, of which 1,222 are for general sale. It offers convenient access to Daejeon city center, Sejong, and nearby cities such as Gongju via Dongseo-daero, Doan-daero, and Yuseong-daero.
