Scam Methods Inducing Cryptocurrency Deposits
Domestic OTT (online video service) TVING and CJ ENM channel tvN drama's official YouTube accounts were hacked and are currently being restored as of the 20th.

On the morning of the day, when accessing the official YouTube channels of tvN drama and TVING, the Ripple logo and content appeared, all previous videos were removed, and only Ripple content was posted. Even the channel IDs were all changed. Fortunately, a notice remained in the community, confirming that the original channel was tvN.
CJ ENM and TVING stated, "We recognized the channel hacking and are taking measures with YouTube to resolve the issue," adding, "We will do our best for the quick recovery of the channel." TVING also notified users through its official SNS, saying, "Due to an external hacking attack, the channel name was changed," and "TVING is aware of the channel hacking and is taking measures with YouTube to resolve the issue. Please be cautious not to click on suspicious videos or posts with links."
The tvN drama YouTube channel has 7.11 million subscribers, and TVING has 986,000 subscribers.
Ripple is one of the representative blockchain-based overseas remittance projects. However, this hacking incident is completely unrelated to Ripple. The hacker group that took over the accounts posted CEO recorded videos on the site and conducted a scam by leading users to a fraudulent site through an airdrop event and receiving coin deposits. A similar case is the 'Tesla hacking' method, which changes the official Tesla site.
