Through this agreement, the eight participating organizations will actively cooperate for mutual growth, starting with the establishment of an industry-academia-government consultative body for the digital twin-based disaster safety industry to revitalize the local disaster safety sector. They also agreed to jointly respond to government and Busan City disaster safety support projects and to operate a field campus for the Glocal project to foster outstanding talent.
Hwang Ki-hyun, Director of the Dongseo University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, said, "We have high expectations for the synergy and diverse program operations in connection with the Glocal University 30 project being promoted by both universities to vitalize the regional disaster safety industry."
