Maeil Dairies Picnic Zero Sells 1 Million Packs in Just 18 Days After Launch

Maeil Dairies' beverage brand 'Picnic' celebrated its 40th anniversary this year by launching Picnic Zero, which surpassed 1 million packs in cumulative sales just 18 days after its release.


According to Maeil Dairies on the 19th, the two new products, Picnic Apple Zero and Green Grape Zero, recorded cumulative sales of 1,060,430 packs from the 24th of last month to the 13th of this month.

Picnic beverages combine the refreshing taste of fruit with the smooth flavor of milk, offering a crisp and refreshing taste. The new Picnic Zero maintains the original flavor while being nutritionally designed with zero sugar, calories, and fat, allowing consumers to enjoy it without worrying about sugar intake.


Picnic Zero was created in response to consumer requests. Customers sent feedback to Maeil Dairies' customer center expressing their desire for Picnic products with reduced sugar content, and the company responded by developing and launching the zero beverage as a new product.


The product comes in a 200ml sterilized pack that can be stored at room temperature, making it convenient to consume even outdoors. The product is available for purchase on Maeil Dairies' official mall Maeil Direct, Naver's official store, Coupang, and other platforms.
