Plasmapp Decides on 15.4 Billion KRW Third-Party Allocation Capital Increase

Plasmap announced on the 18th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 15.4 billion KRW for operating funds and other purposes. A total of 5,842,177 new common shares will be issued at 2,630 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipients include Dreamtech Co., Ltd. (2,281,368 shares) and Namuga Co., Ltd. (1,520,912 shares), among others.
