On the 18th, the Criminal Division 3 of the Seoul High Court (Chief Judge Lee Chang-hyung) sentenced former lawmaker Yoon, who was indicted for violating the Political Parties Act and other charges, to 2 years in prison, the same as the first trial. Kang Rae-gu (former Standing Auditor of Korea Water Resources Corporation), who was also indicted, was sentenced to 1 year and 8 months in prison, the same as the first trial.
