AhnLab Launches External Media Control Solution 'AhnLab EDC'

AhnLab announced on the 18th that it has launched 'AhnLab EDC,' which provides control and management of external media such as USB devices.

AhnLab EDC offers key features including ▲control of access and operation after connection of major work-related external media on work PCs ▲setting control policies for each external media type, such as exception and time-based policies tailored to the corporate environment ▲monitoring device control status, providing statistics and reports.

Security managers can gain visibility into the use of external media within the organization. It can safely protect key organizational assets such as production facility servers and service systems from security threats like malware infections or information leaks caused by external media.

AhnLab EDC is provided as a plugin for the integrated protection platform AhnLab EPP, making it easy for customer security personnel to operate.
