Gangseo-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon) is carrying out the "Angel's Breeze Project" to support healthy living for low-income households vulnerable to summer heatwaves, delivering 300 fans.

The district will provide fans in two phases starting from the 19th to prevent heatwave damage to vulnerable groups exposed to the heat. The recipients are low-income households with a standard median income of 120% or less, including basic livelihood security recipients. The 300 fans were purchased with donations from the "2024 Hope Ondol Warm Winter Project."

Meanwhile, the district, together with the Gangseo Hope Sharing Welfare Foundation, has supported a total of 2,075 fans to vulnerable groups and social welfare facilities over the past five years.
