Maeil Dairies Affiliate MZ Seed Operates
Offers Over 50 Local Dishes Including Shanghai Dim Sum and Xiaolongbao
Chinese restaurant Crystal Jade announced on the 17th that it will open a new store on the first floor of Inspire Entertainment Resort in Yeongjongdo, Incheon.
Crystal Jade is operated by M's Seed, an affiliate of Maeil Dairies. The newly opened Inspire branch is the 16th store in Korea. Since starting its domestic business in 2009, this is the first case of opening a store in a large-scale resort. Through a variety of menus including dim sum and authentic dishes that faithfully reproduce the taste and sentiment of Shanghai, it plans to offer a special dining experience to customers visiting the resort.
This place features exotic mood lighting and luxurious interior private rooms, as well as exclusive courses for casino customers and reasonably priced set menus for guests. Crystal Jade will offer more than 50 local dishes, including its signature xiaolongbao, crispy duck fried to perfection and enjoyed with pancakes in the Crispy Duck & Pancake Wrap, and Dandan noodles.
