Various Drone, Dance, and Craft Programs for Elementary and Middle School Students in Guro-gu

Guro-gu (District Mayor Moon Heon-il) is operating summer vacation programs at 16 community centers for elementary and middle school students during the summer break.


In particular, many experiential programs have been prepared this time.


Guro 1-dong offers "Learning to Skate with Guil Dream Tree," Guro 2-dong runs "Fun Pam Pam! Smart Farm Little Farmer Experience," Guro 5-dong provides "Silkworm Farming Experience," and Oryu 1-dong operates "Let's Go! To the World of Comics and Robots."


Classes that allow active physical movement, such as K-pop broadcast dance in Garibong-dong, Gaebong 2-dong, and Gaebong 3-dong, and indoor curling in Gocheok 1-dong, are also prepared.


Courses related to 4th industrial revolution technologies include drone flying in Gaebong 1-dong and "Gogo Artifact 3D Pen Designer" in Oryu 2-dong.


There are also crafting and drawing classes. These include "Exciting Cultural Heritage Exploration and Scented LED Mood Lighting" in Sindorim-dong, "I am also a Pet Plant Caretaker" in Guro 3-dong, "Decorate My Own Glass Art Tissue Case" in Guro 4-dong, rattan crafts in Gocheok 2-dong and Sugung-dong, and "Children's Western Art History" in Hang-dong.

Moon Heon-il, Mayor of Guro-gu, said, "I hope children have a fun and diverse experience and spend their vacation meaningfully," adding, "We will continue to strive to prepare more programs, including those related to 4th industrial revolution technologies and experiential programs."
