LH Gwangju Jeonnam, Land Return System Supply for a Total of 6 Parcels Including Seonun 2 District

LH Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Headquarters (Director Jeong Sumi) is supplying a total of six lots, including commercial land in the Gwangju Seonun 2 Public Housing District, through the 'Land Return System.'

According to LH Gwangju-Jeonnam on the 16th, the Land Return System is a scheme where, after a certain period following the signing of a sales contract, if the buyer exercises the return right, the entire payment including the deposit is refunded and the contract is canceled.

Upon return, the payment excluding the deposit can be refunded with interest applied at the average interest rate of a one-year fixed deposit at the time of exercising the return right, thereby reducing the buyer's business risk.

The land being supplied this time includes two commercial land lots in Gwangju Seonun 2 (4,357㎡~4,607㎡), two self-supporting facility land lots (3,404㎡~4,418㎡), one neighborhood living facility land lot in Gwangju-Jeonnam Innovation (714.5㎡), and one parking lot land lot in Mokpo Yonghae 2 (472.6㎡).

The payment conditions are as follows: the commercial facility land in Gwangju Seonun 2 is payable in equal installments over 3 years with no interest; the self-supporting facility land is payable in equal installments over 3 years with interest; and the Gwangju-Jeonnam Innovation and Mokpo Yonghae 2 lots are payable in equal installments over 2 years with no interest.

The supply schedule is ▲Bid and lottery application and payment of bid deposit and application reservation fee from 10:00 AM on the 24th to 4:00 PM on the 25th, ▲Bid opening at 4:30 PM on the 25th, ▲Lottery at 5:30 PM on the 25th, ▲Announcement of successful bidders and winners after 6:00 PM on the 25th.
