CH1985 Presents Various Summer Recipes
Offering Visitors Ice Coffee Tasting in the Lounge

Nespresso announced on the 16th that it will hold coffee classes and operate a pop-up space at The Hyundai Seoul CH1985 Culture Center.


Nespresso prepared this event to offer a unique coffee experience to the ‘Molcance’ crowd who enjoy vacations at complex shopping malls to escape the summer heat and monsoon season.

The Nespresso pop-up space, open until the 28th, is decorated in orange color symbolizing the intense Mediterranean sunshine, in line with this summer’s campaign concept, allowing visitors to fully feel the atmosphere of a resort. The space operates as a ‘Nespresso Lounge’ where visitors can taste their life’s best iced coffee and a ‘Coffee Class’ where they can experience unique iced coffee recipes.


The Nespresso Lounge is designed as a space to relax with coffee, adding meaning to ‘Molcance.’ At the lounge, visitors can enjoy ‘Iced Rezzero,’ featuring grain and fruit aromas that are refreshing with iced-only capsules, and ‘Roasted Hazelnut Coffee,’ a light-roasted Arabica blend wrapped in caramelized nutty aroma with a sweet scent. Popular summer iced drinks such as iced Americano and iced latte can be tasted in Nespresso’s recommended golden ratio, and visitors can directly experience the iced & latte mode of the Vertuo machine to try simple coffee recipes perfect for hot summer days.


The Nespresso Lounge is available for tasting and use by all visitors who add the Nespresso KakaoTalk channel. Various promotions and social events are also prepared, and the lounge’s operating hours are the same as The Hyundai Seoul’s business hours.


In the adjacent space, the Coffee Class presents unique recipes themed around coffee drinks and cocktails enjoyed at resorts. Using Nespresso’s popular summer limited edition coffees ‘Iced Sunny Almond Vanilla’ and ‘Iced Tropical Coconut,’ as well as Nespresso’s representative summer coffee ‘Iced Rezzero,’ recipes such as affogato, pi?a colada, and ruby cosmopolitan are offered.


The Coffee Class is held twice daily during the pop-up space operation period for customers who apply in advance through the Hyundai Department Store website. The participation fee is 20,000 KRW, and all attendees receive a special gift from Nespresso along with product discount benefits.


Meanwhile, Nespresso plans to operate a double espresso bar at Goyang Starfield from the 25th to the 31st, providing visitors with an unforgettable coffee experience. Additionally, various offline benefits for Molcance customers will be offered, including a Smile Point accumulation promotion exclusively at boutiques.
