Hapcheon County Senior Nursing Home Holds Future Strategy Sharing Meeting

Sharing Vision and Operation Plans for Elderly Nursing Hospital Management

Hapcheon County in Gyeongnam announced on the 16th that it held the Future Strategy Sharing Meeting for the Hapcheon County Senior Nursing Home (hereinafter referred to as the nursing home).

This event was organized to share the vision and operational plans for the future management of the nursing home, as the entrusted corporation of the facility changed to the Haeam Social Welfare Foundation starting from July this year.

Approximately 60 people attended the event, including Kim Yooncheol, Mayor of Hapcheon County, Jeong Bonghun, Chairman of the Hapcheon County Council, Wang Young, CEO of Haeam Social Welfare Foundation, residents' families, and local residents. The event included a vision declaration ceremony and a facility tour.

Director Kwon Jaekeun presented the vision of "A dignified care realized at the beautiful Hapcheon County Senior Nursing Home" and set forth the mission of "Care where dignity is realized, a nursing home open to residents' families and the local community, and a workplace where staff are happy." He also announced the operational plans to achieve these goals.

Mayor Kim expressed his gratitude to the Haeam Social Welfare Foundation for organizing this meaningful event to share future strategies and visions, and stated, "Hapcheon County will also work together to create a nursing home where the elderly are happy and guardians can feel at ease."
