Practicing Great Sharing... Ajin Industry Donates 30 Million Won to Jeil Christian Social Welfare Center

Project to Prevent Solitary Deaths Among Vulnerable Single-Person Households

Ajin Industry, located in Jinryang-eup, Gyeongsan-si, North Gyeongsang Province, donated 30 million KRW on the 9th for the installation of a shared kitchen, designating it to Jeil Christian Comprehensive Social Welfare Center through the Daegu Dong-gu Office and Daegu Community Chest of Korea.

Ajin Industry Donates 30 Million Won to Jeil Christian Social Welfare Center Ajin Industry designated and donated 30 million won in donations for the installation of a shared kitchen to Jeil Christian Comprehensive Social Welfare Center on the 9th and took a commemorative photo.

The opening ceremony for the shared kitchen was held at Jeil Christian Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, and was attended by Lee Jaeok, director of Ajin Industry on behalf of CEO Seo Jungho, Lee Myungsook, Director of Welfare and Living Bureau at Dong-gu Office, Seo Yusook, Director of Welfare Policy at Dong-gu Office, and Kang Juhyun, Secretary-General of Daegu Community Chest of Korea.


The donation will be used to enhance the functions of the shared kitchen 'Heating Studio' by remodeling the 4th floor dining area of Jeil Christian Comprehensive Social Welfare Center. This space will be utilized to provide various programs, including a project to prevent solitary deaths among single-person households (middle-aged and young adults) living in Daegu and for local community club activities.


Lee Jaeok, director of Ajin Industry, said, "CEO Seo Jungho is striving to play the role of salt in society, helping to prevent social decay and working towards a brighter community," and added, "Ajin Industry will continue to support and open our hearts to ensure the Heating Studio becomes an open space for the local community and is well utilized for those in need."


Lee Junghwa, director of Jeil Christian Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, said, "We were concerned about the limitations in utilizing the space due to the aging of the dining area, but thanks to the support from Ajin Industry, it has been newly renovated as the 'Heating Studio.' We will make this newly prepared space a place that delivers warmth to marginalized neighbors and local residents."
