Genesis Scottish Open Tied for 4th Place Breakthrough

In the men's golf weekly world rankings announced on the 14th (local time), he earned 3.13 points, jumping four spots from 28th last week. He accumulated points by finishing tied for 4th place (14-under 266) at the Genesis Scottish Open (total prize money $9 million), co-hosted by the PGA Tour and DP World Tour (formerly the European Tour), held at the Renaissance Club (par 70, 7,237 yards) in North Berwick, Scotland. This marks his sixth top-10 finish this year, following a tie for 3rd at last month's Travelers Championship.
Scottie Scheffler (USA), Rory McIlroy (Northern Ireland), and Xander Schauffele (USA) remain unchanged in the top 3. Robert MacIntyre (Scotland), the winner of the Genesis Scottish Open, climbed 28 spots to 16th. For Korea, Kim Joo-hyung is 17th, An Byeong-hun 32nd, and Kim Si-woo 48th. Jang Yoo-bin, who achieved his first consecutive win at the KPGA Tour Gunsan CC Open, jumped 41 spots from 197th last week to 156th.
