Goheung-gun to Hold 'Family Story Contest' for Nokdong Port Drone Show

Applications Accepted from the 16th to August 14th

Gohung-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Gong Young-min) announced that it will hold a contest for family stories for a special performance scheduled during the Chuseok holiday in September to repay the support of residents and tourists for the ‘Nokdong Port Drone Show.’

This contest is the first audience participation event at the ‘Nokdong Port Drone Show,’ planning to express special stories through a drone show featuring around 700 drones.

Anyone who wants to convey warm love and memories to their family can participate in the contest by applying through the Nokdong Port Drone Show website from July 16 to August 14.

Two families will be selected to receive a drone proposal event performance and souvenirs related to their stories on Saturday, September 14, at 9 p.m.

Governor Gong Young-min said, “We planned this event to repay the passionate interest and love for the Nokdong Port Drone Show with a better performance. We hope many beautiful and touching stories will be sent.”

Meanwhile, a special performance commemorating the Chuseok holiday will be held from September 14 to 17 for four days around Nokdong Port, featuring between 700 and 1,500 drones.
