Designation of New Specialized Companies
Doosan Corporation announced on the 15th that it has been newly designated as a 'Security Monitoring Specialized Company' certified by the Ministry of Science and ICT.
The designation system for security monitoring specialized companies is a certification that proves a company is capable of operating security monitoring centers for national and public institutions. Comprehensive evaluations of technical personnel, capital, and performance capabilities have been conducted, and currently, 23 companies including Doosan Corporation are registered.
Designated companies can be entrusted with related tasks such as supporting the operation of security monitoring centers for national, local governments, and public institutions, as well as dispatching specialized personnel to provide services.
With this certification, Doosan Digital Innovation (DDI), which is responsible for the digital transformation (DT) across the entire Doosan Group, has gained external recognition for its expertise and performance capabilities in security monitoring.
DDI has established a global operation center (GSOC) to understand the security status of business sites of each Doosan Group affiliate and to establish systematic security strategies. It provides integrated security monitoring services optimized for business environments, including on-premises IT infrastructure operated within user-managed facilities and cloud environments, monitoring in real-time 24/7, identifying and responding to security threats.
