On the 11th, a post titled "What should I do about a villain blocking the pedestrian path and apartment entrance?" was uploaded to an online community. The author, Mr. A, a resident of the apartment, said, "Taking advantage of the fact that there are no disabled parking vehicles in my building, the car owner habitually parks beyond the speed bump in a non-parking area," and added, "They block the pedestrian walkway section and the apartment entrance, causing inconvenience to passage."

In the photos shared by Mr. A, a black passenger car is parked alone on the pedestrian walkway behind an empty disabled parking spot. The pedestrian walkway, which should be open in a straight line, is blocked by the vehicle. Moreover, looking at the parking lot scene reflected behind the vehicle, several empty spaces can be seen.

Angry, Mr. A asked the car owner, Mr. B, "Why did you park here?" to which Mr. B calmly replied, "There are no parking spots." Mr. A then argued, "Doesn't parking here inconvenience others?" but received no further response from Mr. B.

Netizens who came across this story responded with comments such as, "Inconsiderate parking keeps breaking new records," "There are plenty of empty spots, so why insist on parking there?" "I'm curious about the mindset of parking villains," "What kind of thoughts do such people live with?" "They probably don't even realize they're being a nuisance," and "Their way of thinking seems very different from ordinary people."

Meanwhile, inconsiderate 'nuisance parking' has been a hot topic before. On the 21st of last month, a story was shared about someone struggling with a vehicle that occupied two parking spaces, and on the 18th of the same month, another story caused public outrage when a car owner not only parked oddly but also left no contact information.

Various legislative amendments have been proposed in the National Assembly to resolve issues related to parking disputes, but many fail to pass the law review subcommittee and become ineffective. For an amendment to be promulgated as law, it must be referred to the Legislation and Judiciary Committee and then submitted to the plenary session, but most parking dispute-related bills do not pass these stages and are automatically discarded.
