The Small and Medium Business Corporation (SBC) is partnering with Lotte Chemical to encourage long-term employment of talented personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) collaborating in the chemical sector and to support asset formation. On the 12th, SBC announced that it signed a 'Win-Win Cooperation Type Tomorrow Filling Deduction Business Agreement' at Lotte Chemical's headquarters located in Songpa-gu, Seoul, aimed at strengthening the self-reliance of SMEs. The signing ceremony was attended by about 10 officials, including Jo Han-gyo, Director of Human Resources Growth at SBC, and Choi Young-kwang, Head of Communications at Lotte Chemical.

The 'Win-Win Cooperation Type Tomorrow Filling Deduction' is a collaborative model designed to reduce the burden on partner companies by supporting the deduction contributions of SMEs cooperating with local governments, large corporations, and public institutions, thereby realizing co-growth between large and small businesses. Since 2015, SBC has supported a total of 12,390 workers from 70 partner organizations through this program, with 621 workers from 13 organizations participating this year.

Jo Han-gyo, Director of Human Resources Growth at SBC, said, “The Tomorrow Filling Deduction, which marks its 10th anniversary this year, is a representative job support project that supports workers' asset formation, with approximately 850,000 cumulative subscribers.” “We will lead the innovative growth and competitiveness enhancement of SMEs by continuously improving the system and discovering various public-private cooperation models.”
