Dong-A University Career Plus Center Hosts 'HR Innovation Forum' on Talent Recruitment Strategies

Korean Air, LIG Nex1, KAI, Busan Transportation Corporation, and More: HR Network Established Among Over 30 Major and Alumni Companies

Dong-A University Career Plus Center (Director: Shin Yongtaek, Head of Student Employment Support) will host the '2024 HR Innovation Forum' on the 18th.

This forum, co-hosted with the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Busan Metropolitan City, will be held at Avani Central Busan Hotel from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on that day.

More than 50 participants are expected, including representatives from major corporations and outstanding local companies such as Korean Air, LIG Nex1, Busan Bank, and DN Automotive; alumni companies such as Eunsan Shipping & Air and Nexen; public enterprises and local government agencies such as Busan Transportation Corporation and Korea Southern Power; and related organizations.

The forum will proceed in the following order: ▲Special lecture on talent recruitment strategies (LIG Nex1) ▲Roundtable discussion ▲HR networking session. It is expected to provide an opportunity for HR professionals from various companies to build networks and share information on HR topics such as recruitment, talent development, labor management, and promotions.
