According to the announcement, the largest shareholder before the change, Kim Seung-han, gifted part of his shares to a related party, Kim Jun-young, on the same day, resulting in a change of the largest shareholder. The reason for the change is a gift.

As a result, Kim Seung-han's shareholding ratio changed from 17.2% to 5.2%, while Kim Jun-young's shareholding ratio changed from 5.88% to 17.88%.
