On the 11th, the Women's and Children's Crime Investigation Division 1 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Kim Ji-hye) indicted him without detention on charges of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (filming using a camera, etc.) for secretly filming private videos or recording video calls multiple times without the consent of two victims.
A prosecutor's official stated, "We will make every effort to maintain the prosecution so that punishment corresponding to the crime can be carried out," and added, "We will strictly respond to digital sex crimes and do our best to protect and support the victims."
