YouTubers Mentioned in Foot-and-Mouth Disease Transcript
"Swear We Did Nothing Shameful" Direct Rebuttal
Issue-focused YouTuber 'Gujeyeok' (real name Lee Junhee) has denied allegations that he extorted money from popular YouTuber 'Tzuyang' (real name Park Jungwon) on the condition that he would not expose her past, stating, "I did not engage in any shameful behavior."
On the morning of the 11th, Gujeyeok posted on his YouTube community, saying, "I apologize for not being able to protect Tzuyang's right to be forgotten." He added, "Let me be clear, I swear to the heavens that I did nothing shameful," and "I did my best to protect Tzuyang's right to be forgotten by her side."
Gujeyeok also spoke about Mr. A, the ex-boyfriend and agency representative who assaulted and threatened Tzuyang while exploiting her broadcast earnings, saying, "I will tell you what kind of last desperate act he made." He mentioned plans to explain the detailed circumstances of the incident by at least the next morning.
This controversy arose after the YouTube channel 'Garosero Research Institute' released a recording. The recording contained claims that a so-called 'Rekka Alliance,' which included famous incident and accident YouTubers, received money on the condition that they would not cover Tzuyang's past on their broadcasts. Several YouTubers' names, including Gujeyeok, were mentioned in the conversation within the recording.

Previously, another incident and accident YouTuber 'Caracula' (real name Lee Sewook) was also accused of joining the Rekka Alliance and extorting money from Tzuyang. Caracula has also completely denied the allegations.
On the same day, he wrote on his community, "I had a body ache and cold from early evening, took medicine, and after a deep sleep, I woke up to 40 missed calls, my YouTube channel flooded with malicious comments, and news articles portraying me as a bastard who took bribes through private sanctions."
He expressed his displeasure, saying, "I don't know if this is a dream or reality; my mind is numb from early morning. Gujeyeok, and Garosero Research Institute's CEO Kim Se-ui, can you handle this right now?"
He added, "I have never taken money from anyone while living as a YouTuber, putting my two sons on the line. I have lived with pride in my life as a YouTuber," and said he would later upload rebuttal materials and videos to clarify the situation.
