Strengthening Integrity Commitment with Cheongnyeom Somang Paper Airplane Flying Performance
Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) held a large-scale integrity training session on the 10th at the Seungdal Culture and Arts Center Grand Theater, attended by over 400 employees.
According to the county on the 11th, prior to the training, a "Paper Airplane Flying Performance with Integrity Wishes" was held, where participants flew paper airplanes carrying their wishes for integrity. They also burst a large gourd symbolizing corruption and bribery, creating a moment to fill the space with integrity.

In the subsequent training, Kim Se-guk, Auditor of Jeollanam-do, was invited to give a lecture on the integrity laws that public officials must comply with.
The auditor explained various theories, including the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act and the Public Officials' Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, through real-life cases to help employees understand.
Governor Kim San said, "This was a valuable time to foster understanding and consensus on the integrity of public officials, and we will continue to practice integrity for fair job performance."
Based on this, Muan-gun is promoting various integrity policies such as creating one integrity practice task per department, sending integrity letters, completing self-diagnosis checklists on integrity, holding integrity communication coffee sharing events, and conducting integrity education.
The county is striving to raise public officials' commitment to integrity and to spread an integrity culture.
