MFM Korea Designated as an Unfaithful Disclosure Corporation

The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Headquarters announced on the 10th that MFM Korea has been designated as an unfaithful disclosure corporation due to changes in the payment deadline for a paid-in capital increase and convertible bonds by more than six months. The penalty points imposed are 7.5 points, and the designation date is the 11th.

The Exchange stated, "MFM Korea's cumulative penalty points over the past year have exceeded 15 points, triggering a review of its eligibility for listing."
