Seoul's Dongjak-gu and Seodaemun-gu districts have conducted personnel exchanges, swapping their heads of public relations and district chiefs.

On the 10th, Dongjak-gu carried out personnel changes for grades 4 and 5, appointing Shin Su-gyeong, the head of public relations, as the chief of Sindaebang 1-dong, and Kim Byeong-seop, the chief of Sindaebang 1-dong, as the head of public relations.

Kim Byeong-seop, the head of public relations, was recognized for his diligence while serving as a press officer from 2001 to 2006, communicating with Seoul city reporters. Notably, at that time, Kim personally delivered press releases to the Seoul city media offices. Afterward, he was promoted to administrative officer and served as head of the Childcare and Women’s Team and the Urban Safety Team before being promoted to grade 5 and serving as chief of Sindaebang 1-dong.

Seodaemun-gu, through personnel changes for grades 4 and 5 the previous day, appointed Jeong Jae-won, the head of communications, as chief of Bukgajwa 2-dong, and Kim Seon-hee, chief of Bukgajwa 2-dong, as head of communications.

The personnel exchange between Dongjak-gu and Seodaemun-gu, swapping their heads of public relations and district chiefs, has attracted attention.
