SC Engineering's Healthcare Brand 'SwitchOn' Now Available at Olive Young

On the 10th, SSC Engineering announced that its healthcare brand ‘SWITCHON’ has officially launched the ‘Oh! Boot tea Pumpkin Tea’ in all Olive Young offline stores nationwide as well as on the online mall, starting full-scale sales this month.

SSC Engineering plans to continue its sales growth by expanding sales channels through entry into Olive Young, the largest health and beauty (H&B) store in Korea.

A company representative stated, “With this entry into Olive Young, customer touchpoints and brand accessibility for SWITCHON health foods such as Oh! Boot tea will greatly expand,” adding, “We expect the sales growth trend of the healthcare division, which has continued in the first half of this year, to strengthen further in the second half.”

Oh! Boot tea Pumpkin Tea is a premium tea that blends domestically grown mature pumpkin and sweet pumpkin in an optimal ratio by a Tea Master to enhance its flavor. It features a high-capacity (2g) triangular tea bag form, allowing each tea bag to easily brew up to 2 liters even in cold water. Additionally, it contains no synthetic additives such as caffeine, coloring agents, or sugar, making it beneficial for healthy hydration.

In particular, as part of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, it uses an eco-friendly biodegradable filter derived from corn starch that poses no risk of microplastic or endocrine disruptor emissions, making it safe to drink as a water substitute.

The representative added, “As the ‘Healthy Pleasure’ trend of enjoying health management spreads, SWITCHON’s product competitiveness itself acts as an effective appeal factor to consumers,” and said, “We will strengthen our health food lineup and sales channels to add synergy to the growth of our core EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business.”

Meanwhile, SSC Engineering recently signed a contract worth 7.9 billion KRW with Hanwha Impact and succeeded in securing orders worth approximately 160 billion KRW in the first half of this year alone. The company added that, backed by abundant orders exceeding last year’s total EPC business sales of 122.4 billion KRW, performance is expected to improve significantly in the second half as the order volume is recognized as actual sales.
