Additionally, the city replaced 98 outdated cameras at 48 locations and 250 LED information boards as part of this year's security CCTV performance improvement project. At major points with high foot traffic, such as walking trails, 25 logo projectors and 35 emergency bells were also newly installed to respond to emergency situations.

Previously, Mayor Kim Bora of Anseong promoted the installation of 440 security CCTVs as a pledge project of the 8th local government administration. With the completion of this year's project, the city explained that CCTVs have been installed at 328 locations so far, achieving 75% of the target.

Mayor Kim said, "The installation of security CCTVs will further strengthen the social safety net that protects citizens' lives and property," and added, "We will actively identify crime-prone areas and prevent crimes in advance so that citizens can live safely."
