'Reyakeu' Tab Menu Revised from 5 to 2 Items

VCNC, the operator of the mobility platform Tada, announced on the 10th that it will revamp the 'Reservation' tab screen within the Tada app.

Through this revamp, Tada has consolidated the existing five menus (General Reservation, Airport Transfer, Hourly Charter, Premium Van, Custom Reservation Inquiry) into two categories: 'Reservation' and 'Custom Reservation.' The 'Reservation' category is further subdivided into 'General Reservation' and 'Hourly Reservation.'

Tada prepared this revamp to accommodate the increased demand for reservation calls and to enhance customer convenience. The proportion of reservation calls has increased every year, surpassing 20% for the first time in the first half of this year.

The 'Reservation' category consists of 'General Reservation,' which allows users to specify the desired date and time for a call, and 'Hourly Reservation,' which enables users to use Tada for a minimum of 1 hour up to a maximum of 16 hours. Comparing estimated fares has also become easier. After customers set the date, time, and travel route, they can select the preferred vehicle and compare estimated fares for different option combinations on a single screen.

'Custom Reservation' can be used for special purposes such as protocol, tourism, business trips, and events. When specific details for each purpose are entered, a representative will provide a quote and assist with the reservation within 24 hours.

A Tada official stated, "As of the first half of this year, the number of reservations per user increased by 32% compared to the same period last year," adding, "We will strengthen customized mobility services such as airport transfers, weddings, and golf to create a premium mobility experience that satisfies our customers even more."
