NS Home Shopping announced on the 10th that it will publicly recruit new employees for 2024.
The recruitment fields include MD, PD, TV scheduling, QA (quality assurance), IT, and human resources management, totaling six areas. Applicants must be graduates or expected to graduate by August 2024 and must be able to start working from September 2024. Applications can be submitted through the NS Home Shopping recruitment website until the 21st.
NS Home Shopping plans to strengthen the verification process in interviews to select employees who meet the four core values of 'responsibility,' 'communication,' 'creative thinking,' and 'expertise' in this year's recruitment process. The selection procedure will proceed in the order of ▲document screening ▲NS competency test ▲interview, and the interview stage may be conducted multiple times, such as first and second rounds, according to the company. NS Home Shopping also added that simple PT presentations by job category will be conducted.
The newly hired employees selected through this recruitment are scheduled to join on September 23. After joining, they will undergo about two weeks of new employee orientation training before performing their duties.
