Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting tenants for the youth-tailored housing support project, 'Anseongmat-chum Youth Housing.'
The youth housing supplied this time is linked to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH)'s regional demand-tailored purchase rental project, and the supply target is 9 dormitory-type units. The supply price is about 40% of the market price.
Eligibility to apply includes unmarried individuals without housing registered in Anseong City as of the announcement date (the 8th), who are ▲youth aged 19 to 39 or ▲university and graduate students (including those planning to enroll or re-enroll). The applicant's average monthly income must be 100% or less of the previous year's average monthly income of a single urban worker household.
A city official stated, "We will continue to strive to prepare various housing support projects for the youth of Anseong City."
