Inha University is actively operating overseas regional research programs during vacation periods every year to strengthen internationalization capabilities, gaining positive responses from students.
This summer vacation, Inha University is running overseas regional research programs in six countries? the United States, Australia, Finland, Czech Republic, China, and Japan? in collaboration with eight universities. A total of 200 students are participating in this research program.
Since 2009, Inha University has been operating a short-term international exchange student program by cooperating with overseas sister universities to develop customized programs that combine local language, cultural experiences, and field studies, and dispatching enrolled students.
The purpose is to provide students with opportunities to experience the languages and cultures of various countries, laying the foundation for them to grow into talents equipped with internationalization capabilities. The university explains that students show great interest because they receive customized education at universities in several countries and can experience local food and culture.
