This workshop, attended by 153 faculty and staff members including President Kim Youngdo of Dong-Eui Institute of Technology, was organized to promote smooth communication and harmony among faculty and staff, and to provide an opportunity for revitalization and recharge through various lectures in response to the fatigue caused by administrative work and educational activities.
The workshop program consisted of sessions such as ▲Empathy and Communication Strategies with the MZ Generation (Professor Kwon Sooyoung of Yonsei University) and ▲Values and Meaning for Innovation (Choi Deoklim, Research Fellow at the Local Government Management Research Institute). After the lectures, participants freely discussed topics including the innovation and significance of vocational education, the establishment of new university development plans, and the future promotion of the RISE project.
President Kim Youngdo of Dong-Eui Institute of Technology stated, "This job training is a venue for communication and harmony for the development of the university and will serve as the foundation for university innovation. Now, we must enhance the customized lifelong education service support system for school-age learners, adult learners, and international learners. We will continue to provide tailored curricula and further strengthen the competency of our faculty and staff."
