Hapcheon County, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 9th that it successfully promoted the Hapcheon Image Theme Park at the '2024 Daegu Chimaek Festival' held recently at Duryu Park in Daegu.
As part of the 'Planned Regional Tourism Development Project,' the county continues to hold various events and promotional activities to vitalize the Hapcheon Image Theme Park.
They are promoting participation in the 2024 Daegu Chaemaek Festival to revitalize Hapcheon Video Theme Park.
This promotional booth operated under the slogan "The horror of a midsummer night becomes reality," to announce in advance the upcoming 'Ghost Park Awake' festival, which will be held at Hapcheon Image Theme Park from the 29th to August 18th, and to promote tourism at the theme park.
At the promotional booth, a festival promotional video was screened, a host wearing a clown mask conducted horror events, and leaflets and souvenirs were distributed.
In particular, the giant ghost Jenga game offered visitors a unique enjoyment and received an enthusiastic response. Visitors who participated in the Jenga game and completed the mission were given free admission tickets to 'Ghost Park Awake' as part of a special event.
Meanwhile, the county plans to carry out on-site marketing activities to promote tourism at Hapcheon Image Theme Park at Sajik Baseball Stadium (Lotte vs KT Wiz game) on the 13th, Nonsan Sunshine Theme Park on the 14th, and the Korea International Tourism Fair on the 21st.
Yoo Seongkyung, head of the Tourism Promotion Division, said, "We plan to continue offering diverse tourism content at Hapcheon Image Theme Park," and added, "We hope many people will visit the upcoming 'Ghost Park Awake' festival to enjoy a thrilling and chilling summer experience."
