The notice stated, "I sincerely appeal to the person who discarded all these cigarette butts," and added, "The underground parking lot is a shared space used by everyone. Reflect on your inconsiderate act of discarding cigarette butts. It would be simple to throw them into the trash bin." It also warned, "We can identify the person who discarded the cigarette butts through CCTV, but if this happens again, we will report it to the relevant authorities."

Looking at the photo attached to the notice, dozens of cigarette butts are discarded around the parking posts. It appears that someone parked in the underground parking lot and dumped a large amount of cigarette butts.
