Bando Construction's 'Goyang Janghang Kaibeu Ubora' Sees Strong Subscription Success for Good Reason

Bando Construction's 'Goyang Janghang Kaibeu Ubora' Sees Strong Subscription Success for Good Reason

Bando Construction announced that ‘Goyang Janghang KAIVE Ubora’ has completed subscription within the ranking for all units. Despite the sluggish atmosphere in the local housing market, more than 10,000 subscription applications were received in the first-priority subscription alone, once again proving the formula that a project with strong product competitiveness succeeds.


An industry insider said, “‘Goyang Janghang KAIVE Ubora’ showed excellent results even in the special supply with strict subscription conditions, making the success in the first-priority subscription predictable,” adding, “As Bando Construction’s first premium residential brand complex, it was expected to succeed even before the sale due to its premium status, differentiated product competitiveness, excellent location, and application of the price ceiling system.”


According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home, ‘Bando Construction Goyang Janghang KAIVE Ubora’ received a total of 10,105 applications in the first-priority subscription held on the 2nd, recording an overall competition rate of 7.91 to 1. Among the five types, two types (84㎡A and 84㎡B) were fully subscribed in the first priority, and the remaining three types recorded subscription rates exceeding the number of units with △99㎡A at 1.43 to 1 △99㎡B at 1.59 to 1 △170㎡P at 3.67 to 1.


As a result of subscription applications on the 2nd and 3rd, ‘Goyang Janghang KAIVE Ubora’ attracted a total of 10,792 applications for 1,278 units (excluding special supply), achieving an average competition rate of 8.44 to 1 and completing subscription within the ranking for all units. In particular, the 84㎡A type (other Gyeonggi) recorded the highest competition rate of 173 to 1.


The secret to the subscription success of ‘Goyang Janghang KAIVE Ubora’ is evaluated to be the synergy created by various factors such as the product competitiveness of the premium brand and the location conditions.


First, ‘Goyang Janghang KAIVE Ubora’ attracted great attention as the first complex to apply Bando Construction’s premium residential brand ‘KAIVE UBORA.’ It gathered subscription demand as a landmark of the Goyang Janghang district, equipped with trendy prime community facilities and branded commercial facilities within the complex, befitting its premium brand status.

Additionally, subscription winners who submit documents during the document submission period from July 14 (Sunday) to July 17 (Wednesday) and enter the draw will have a chance to win luxury brand watches.


Bando Construction’s ‘Goyang Janghang KAIVE Ubora’ is located in Janghang-dong, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of six buildings ranging from four basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, with a total of 1,694 apartment units of 84, 99, and 170㎡, as well as commercial facilities spanning from basement level 1 to the 2nd floor. The announcement of winners will be on July 9 (Tuesday), and the official contract period will be held for four days from July 22 (Monday) to July 25 (Thursday). Move-in is scheduled for July 2028.
