Duzon Bizon is approaching its yearly high again. This appears to be influenced by securities analysts' assessments that performance improvements will continue, driven by the launch of generative artificial intelligence (AI) business, an increasing proportion of cloud sales, and entry into data-driven financial services.
On the 5th, Duzon Bizon closed at 75,000 KRW, up 3,200 KRW (4.46%) from the previous trading day. This price neared the yearly high of 75,900 KRW recorded on the 26th of last month.
On the same day, Mirae Asset Securities explained that the company holds three powerful assets: the start of the generative AI business, accelerated growth in the proportion of cloud sales, and entry into data-driven financial services.
Researcher Kim Sujin of Mirae Asset Securities stated, "When shifting from on-premises, where maintenance and support sales were dominant, to cloud-based products that generate continuous subscription revenue, an annual sales increase of at least 30% is possible," adding, "Therefore, it can serve as a growth momentum for both top-line and profit."
He added, "Generative AI is exclusively serviced on the cloud, so only products in cloud form can utilize generative AI functions," and "Therefore, it can accelerate the cloud conversion rate and contribute to attracting new customers." He emphasized, "From next year, generative AI sales are also expected to begin in earnest."
Mirae Asset Securities forecasts that Duzon Bizon's sales and operating profit this year will reach 393 billion KRW and 83 billion KRW, respectively, representing increases of 11% and 20% compared to the previous year. In particular, operating profit exceeding 100 billion KRW is expected next year.
He noted, "A recent factor driving the stock price increase is the anticipation of entry into internet banking," and emphasized, "We judge that expanding corporate value is reasonable based on the ongoing core business and the newly launched corporate credit analysis and factoring business."
