Hoseo University held the "Chungcheong Region University Joint Startup Camp" to discover prospective student entrepreneurs.

Hoseo University announced on the 5th that it held the 'Chungcheong Region University Joint Startup Camp' to discover prospective student entrepreneurs.

The training, held on the 3rd and 4th, was organized by the Startup-Centered University Project Group and involved a total of about 60 university students from 12 universities, including Hoseo University.

The program included team building and eco-friendly team experience activities, guest lectures by notable figures, startup idea discovery training, MVP website creation, idea pitching methods, group mentoring, and a final presentation.

In particular, on the second day, students created materials such as business plans based on their startup ideas and presented them in front of current investment reviewers, startup professors, and startup experts, experiencing the actual startup preparation process while receiving advice from the experts.

Kim Byung-sam, head of the Startup-Centered University Project Group at Hoseo University, said, “This joint university camp served as an opportunity to promote startup exchange and cooperation among universities in the Chungcheong region beyond a simple educational program,” adding, “Hoseo University will continue to build startup infrastructure in the Chungcheong region and support young people’s startup success through various programs supporting youth entrepreneurship.”
