NH Investment & Securities announced on the 5th that it has formed a strategic partnership and signed a business cooperation agreement with the investment specialist company COMPANY H.
The signing ceremony was held the previous day at NH Investment & Securities headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, with NH Investment & Securities President Yoon Byung-woon, IB1 Division General Manager Lee Sung, Real Estate Finance Headquarters CEO Park Yoo-shin, PWM Division General Manager Lee Jae-kyung, Executive Director Han Eun-kyung, and COMPANY H President Heo Jae-myung in attendance.
Through this agreement, NH Investment & Securities and COMPANY H agreed to collaborate by jointly participating in corporate finance (IB) deals such as acquisition financing and project financing. NH Investment & Securities emphasized the significance of expanding its collaboration model with investment specialist companies, while COMPANY H highlighted the importance of securing opportunities to participate in private deals with institutions.
COMPANY H is an investment specialist company established in 2023 by Heo Jae-myung, former president of Iljin Materials, managing assets worth approximately 2 trillion KRW. It discovers and invests in excellent investment opportunities with major domestic and international securities firms, banks, and private equity funds across various asset classes including domestic and foreign bonds, listed and unlisted stocks, real estate, alternative investments, and global private equity funds.
Yoon Byung-woon, President of NH Investment & Securities, stated, "NH Investment & Securities aims to be a platform that provides differentiated solutions to customers, and we are pleased to offer new solutions to COMPANY H through this agreement."
