GH Supplies 49 Units of 'Gyeonggi Happy Housing' at Namhangang, Yangpyeong

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is recruiting tenants for the 'Yangpyeong Namhangang Gyeonggi Happy Housing' under construction in Changdae-ri, Yangpyeong-eup, Yangpyeong-gun.

Gyeonggi Happy Housing is public rental housing provided at 60-80% of the surrounding market price to ensure housing stability for vulnerable groups such as young people including youth, university students, newlyweds, as well as the elderly and housing benefit recipients.

The housing units offered this time have an exclusive area of 36-40㎡, with a total of 49 units including 25 units for the elderly and 24 units for newlyweds and single-parent families. However, applicants should note that the area available for residence is determined according to the number of household members due to the revision of the Enforcement Rules of the Special Act on Public Housing.

Applications can be submitted from July 22 to 25 through the GH Housing Application Center (https://apply.gh.or.kr).
