CUBox announced on the 5th that it has been finally selected as a tenant company of the Global Business Center (GBC) operated by the Small and Medium Business Corporation.
CUBox applied for support from the Small and Medium Business Corporation's GBC in April this year. After about two months of on-site inspections and local market feasibility studies, it became a GBC tenant company located in Dubai, UAE.
CUBox's strategy this year is to establish a base in the UAE and build joint ventures (JV) with local global companies. On the 12th of last month, CUBox signed an agreement with Bayanat Engineering in the UAE for the establishment of a JV and joint business.
Nam Woonsung, CEO of CUBox, said, "Being selected for the Small and Medium Business Corporation's Global Business Center is a very good opportunity to receive significant support regarding information and networks necessary for local market entry beyond just the UAE center support," adding, "We will establish a JV with a strong global partner to showcase various CUBox artificial intelligence (AI) products and technologies in overseas markets."
